What shipping options are available? 

The shipping method is chosen during the checkout process. We have a few methods available according to your location. You can learn about the shipping options in the "Shipping policy" sagment of the site.

Can I order online and pick up the product from the studio? 

yes, at during the check out process you can choose the "Pick Up From Studio" option and wait for an e-mail that your order is ready to be collected.

How do I know that you

received your order? 

Once you complete your checkout you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and details. You will get updates as we prepare and ship your order and have the option to track and its status. Please make sure that the details of your order as appear in the confirmation e-mail are correct (name, address, model, size, color). 

How do I know what my shoe size is? 

You are welcome to visit our size chart, where you will find a simple explanation to measure you foot and know the correct size for you. 

Can I order a size or color that is out of stock? 

Yes, you can order any shoe that is out of stock to be made personally for you, in accordance with our studio. Each request will depend on the studios authorisation. 

Is there any warranty on your products? 

All of our products are covered by warranty for 6 months from the date they were purchased, for any damage caused by reasonable use. In any the case of a request for repairs of exchange, the product will be examined by our studio, which contact you for further assistance.   

What payment methods are available? 

You can choose to pay using a PAYPAL account or via credit card. If you choose to proceed using a credit card, you will be directed to a secure external payment site to complete your order. Payment through our site, in any methods is secure and safe. 

If you choose to pick up your order from our studio you can also pay with cash or credit card. 

How can I can change my order after completing it?
